Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with NOA Inc. We take pride in delivering our premium home fragrance collection carefully and promptly across Australia.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland, Tasmania, and Victoria.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders of orders over $100
- Standard Shipping — Rates are dependent on order weight on delivery address.
- Australia Post — Rates calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
Order Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@noainc.au We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, so please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed wherever possible.
